Noelle Cardarelli, ND, DAC

Dr. Noelle Cardarelli is a licensed naturopathic physician in Rhode Island, originally from

Massachusetts. She earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and Master’s in

Acupuncture from the University of Bridgeport, and holds a Bachelor of Science from

Massachusetts College of Pharmacy.

With a foundation in both conventional and functional medicine, Dr. Cardarelli weaves

evidence-based research with holistic, patient-centered care. She has been published

in Natural Awakenings magazine and has lectured at community health events.

Dr. Cardarelli is passionate about the natural intelligence of the body and the inherent

connection between physical and emotional health. She utilizes nutrition, vitamins,

herbal medicine, and other integrative therapies to treat the whole person. Rather than

viewing symptoms in isolation, she seeks to uncover the common threads that connect

them.

Her practice emphasizes collaboration, education, and empowerment. Dr. Cardarelli

strongly believes that both conventional and natural approaches play vital roles in

patient care. She entwines lab testing, clinical research, and outcomes-based strategies

into treatment planning. She has a special interest in gastrointestinal, hormonal and

inflammatory conditions. She is also well versed in tickborne illness. She finds that the

patients who thrive most in her care are lighthearted, motivated and open to a science-

informed, integrative approach to wellness.

Outside of her practice, Dr. Cardarelli enjoys exploring local thrift stores, live music, and

honing her photography skills. She deeply values family and community and spends

much of her free time with her wife, dog, and loved ones.

Dr. Brenda Bithoney, ND

Dr. Brenda Bithoney, ND (Dr. B) is a licensed Naturopathic doctor. Originally from Massachusetts, she earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine summa cum laude from the University of Bridgeport and holds a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry.

Dr. B takes an education-centered approach to care, empowering patients to take an active role in their health. She blends evidence-informed natural therapies—including herbal medicine, targeted supplementation, homeopathy, naturopathic physical medicine, and escharotic therapy (for abnormal pap smears)—with conventional diagnostics and respect for other treatment options. Her goal is to bridge the gap between conventional and naturopathic medicine, offering integrative care.

Her clinical focus includes hormonal and reproductive health (such as fertility, endometriosis, PCOS, cervical dysplasia, perimenopause/menopause and irregular cycles) as well as digestive conditions like IBS and SIBO. She also offers naturopathic physical medicine, incorporating hands-on therapies for TMJ dysfunction, headaches, and chronic or acute pain.

Dr. B works best with patients who are ready to take their health seriously—those who are curious, light-hearted, committed to making meaningful changes, and open to a holistic approach. She especially enjoys working with individuals who value education, ask questions, and want to understand the “why” behind their symptoms.

Outside of practice, she enjoys hiking with her dog and collecting plants for her home and office.

Dr. Darien Lesicko, ND

Dr. Darien Lesicko (Dr. L) is a licensed Naturopathic Physician in Rhode Island. She

completed her education at Bastyr University where she received her Doctorate in

Naturopathic Medicine and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology.

Arizona, where she treated thousands of patients with acute and chronic conditions

utilizing both naturopathic and conventional medicine. She is passionate about

incorporating naturopathic medicine into our current medical system for a more holistic

and well-rounded approach.

Dr. Lesicko enjoys working with patients of all ages and health backgrounds, with a

special focus on digestive, hormone, and skin health. She uses functional lab testing,

homeopathy, nutraceuticals, and botanical medicine to uncover and address the root

causes of illness, supporting lasting wellness from the inside out.

reading and writing, and loves discovering new ways to combine wellness with everyday
